Request deletion of your Flowcenter account and personal data. Learn what we delete, what we retain, and how to contact us.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “User Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address associated with your Flowcenter account and your organization name, if applicable. For security, we may ask you to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers by email.

What will be deleted

We will delete or anonymize your account profile, contact details, workspace membership, and personal information associated with your Flowcenter account, subject to legal and security exceptions.

Timing and limited retention

We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days. Some information may be retained for a limited period when required by law, needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or maintain security records. Retained information will be securely protected and deleted when the retention requirement ends.
